| This is an existing sewer line cutting through the middle of an alleyway. The development would like to construct a building over the existing sewer line and alleyway.
We're requesting a non acceptance letter for the alleyway and would like to abandon AND re-route the existing 8-inch sanitary sewer south within N Durham ROW and then east within 25th St. ROW to reconnect at Lawrence St. In talked to Bill Boaz, we were told the non-acceptance letter request could be included with the sanitary sewer abandonment in the same application. |
