The abandonment of Hill, and Leona Streets and the Alley Way will allow HCTRA to combine the Site to be cleared for a detention facility necessary to mitigate storm runoff resulting from the Hardy Toll Road Downtown Connector project, and for the Lorraine Street Underpass and Quitman Street Overpass projects. |
