This building and entire property abutting the 2 alley's are owned by Freepark Building Corporation, of which Kurt Papp and Debbie Papp are the Managing Shareholder's. They propose to abandon and purchase the undeveloped and unusable 15' alley ROW's from the city of Houston to Freepark Building Corp. The reason for this request is so that the land containing the alley ROW's may have a clean title and satisfy the conditions to have Title Insurance. |
