Buffalo Bayou Partnership will use the northern half of the parcel to create an access path from Buffalo Bayou trails to N Eastwood to create connection from the neighborhood to the south. Buffalo Bayou Partnership is in the process of developing affordable multifamily to the north and purchasing the Union Pacific ROW to create an extension of Foley Street to Lockwood.
