| Existing SBISD Woodview Elementary School currently encroaches on said easements and sanitary sewer lines. The existing elementary school is going to be demolished a replacement elementary school will be constructed on the site. |

| Construction plans to be submitted to the City of Houston for review August of 2022. Construction to begin January 1st, 2023. |

| | The property currently contains the Woodview Elementary School. It is an active campus. |
|

The two easements containing the two sanitary sewer lines are 100% on the ISD property and the two sanitary sewer lines do not serve any other customers other than the existing Woodview Elementary School. There are no adjacent properties that could be served by these two lines. We are requesting that the "prescriptive" utility easements (2) be abandoned and the two existing 10" sanitary sewer lines be turned over to Spring Branch ISD. |
