| | Block 62 and 63 have been acquired by CenterPoint Energy via eminent domain. Location will be used for an electric distribution 138 kV substation. This substation will replace existing 69 kV Harrisburg Substation. The Fennell St. street closure is necessary due to the planned placement of facilities on both tracts. Homeland Security requires that critical infrastructure be fenced and secured from the public, so the perimeter of both tracts, including the road, need to be fenced. |

| | Site prep is to commence fourth quarter of 2023. Construction is to begin first quarter to third quarter of 2024. Energization is to be by fourth quarter 2024. |

| | Block 62 and 63 are both currently vacant. A sanitary sewer line, drainage sewer, water line, and CenterPoint gas line need to be re-routed from under and within Fennell St. ROW. CenterPoint will assume all costs for re-route. Requesting city guidance on re-route of facilities. Site prep is expected to commence 4Q 2023. Construction to commence 1Q 2024. |
