These encroachments are described in Attachment B to the survey as the sixth boundary line leg "North 55 degrees 00'00" West 209.92 feet": Boundary line leg travels through an overhead concrete parking deck structure, touches a ground floor concrete block building and travels through the corner of a ground floor concrete block building. |

2. Along the Midtown Terrace parking deck that runs along Ruth St, approximately 165' in length. |
