During negotiations for purchase of land to create Bayou Parkview Drive, COH Chief Development Officer and TIRZ 23 approved in principal the exchange or sale of this 1,276 SF Tract, identified as Tract #6 on attached document, at exchange price of $32.00 PSF. Bayou Parkview Drive was subsequently developed by Applicant and accepted by COH. |
