| | | | The property is a future single-family home development with a different street pattern and added detention that is now required. It is our understanding that when the property was in construction in the early 1980s, that the utility contractor had stopped installation of utilities in the middle of construction. As a result, the developer did not turn them into the city. After a field investigation was completed by the city in March 2019, it was discovered that the water and sewer lines do not exist within the streets as depicted on GIMS.
