| | Requested easement of 10’ wide x 100 feet under the City of Houston’s 100’ ditch for a 3” sanitary sewer force main. Total of 1,000 square feet. The 3” sanitary sewer line will run from Inderra Builders, Inc.’s property, under the City of Houston’s 100 ft. ditch, through a 160ft private easement purchased from Hamman West Partners LP; and continuing through an additional 419ft private easement purchased from Cube HHF Limited Partnership and connect to the City of Houston access point on Hycohen Road. Hamman West Partners L.P. by its general partner GJR Investment management Inc., a Texas Corporation, owns the property abutting the western boarder of the 100' city owned ditch/bayou and is described as: Unrestricted Reserve "B" 4.2305 acres out of the Private Mini Storage Lakefront/ SH 288 Development a subdivision of 17.4728 acres of land, situated in the James Hamilton Survey, abstract no. 882, City of Houston, Harris County Texas. Survey is attached as exhibit 2. |
