Per conversations with Brian Crimmins and Geoff Butler, the intent is to improve the Kansas St. intersection and overall site access by dedicating public access easements in exchange for the proposed ROW abandonment. |

The Kansas re-alignment will be +/- 730 linear feet long. The owner will extend Rawls Street from Toledo to Hurst and from Hurst to West 11th. This section of Rawls is proposed to be dedicated as a Public Access Easement. The Rawls extension will be +/- 1100 linear feet long. The owner will provide conditional ROW across the existing structure to remain along Rawls St. This suggested plan was discussed with Brian Crimmins, Geoff Butler, and Dipti Mathur on May 18, 2023. |
