| | Abandon the 6-inch sanitary sewer line by prescription and the platted 10' utility easement with 5' x 20 aerial easement per the Laird Subdivision plat recorded in 1949. 10 feet wide by 180 feet long; total 1800 square feet. The 10-foot utility easement was dedicatd by Vol 32, page 60 HCMR. We are proposing to remove the 10-foot utility easement by plat. The replat was approved by Planning Commission June 8, 2023 (2023-1251) creating one reserve. (See attached). JRC approval is required to remove the 6" sanitry sewer line and the 10' utility easement prior to plat recording. The 6-inch sanitary sewer line is not recorded in the HC Clerk file records. The 10' utility easement is soley in the Laird Subdivision. |

| The owner is proposing an automatic drive through carwash. The proposed develpment will be constructed over the existing 10-foot utility easement. Per WCR letter 0017198 - ILMS project #23067892 requies the 6-iinch water line abandonment to accommodate the proposed construction. Upon JRC approval, City will allow sanitary sewer connection to the existing 8-inch sanitary sewer in Vivian Road. |
