There is an existing consent to encroach agreement with the City of Houston for this encroachment that was filed on November 1, 1996, under Harris County Clerk's File No. S189146, pursuant to Ordinance No. 96-1060, dated October 16, 1996, filed November 1, 1996 under County Clerk's File No. S189145. The existing consent to encroach agreement was assigned to 1111 Rusk Realty Partners, a Texas general partnership, under assignment dated February 18, 1998, filed April 9, 1998, under County Clerk's File Nos. S954154 and S954155. All of these documents for the existing consent to encroach agreement are enclosed with this application under "F. Miscellaneous". |
