| | There is a 35' UE on the plate. (It does not specify what the 35' is exactly for). There is a 16' water main and gas line/electric line from the back fence). I would like to abandon the 35' UE and keep to the 16' easement + a standoff distance if that is possible. There are cables that is going along the back fence and from my house on the left side. (Not sure what the 35' UE space is needed for). I would like to get the 35'UE pushed back closer to the 16' easement to allow all utility companies still access to fix anything if there is an issue. |

| There is a concrete slab that is fully in the easement as well as the wood decking that is in a portion of the easement. I want to ensure that these structures are not obstructing any access in event there is required maintenance. I also want to either create an outdoor covered patio or put in a pool in the area that I am requesting to abandon. |

| | I have reached out to centerpoint to do a release of easement. They suggested I understand the water main lines first. I then contacted city of public works who gave me guidance on filling out the JRC application and did a preliminary review which allowed for a 20ft maximum easement. |
