We propose to relocate the sewer line on our site, not abutting any neighboring properties, and relocate it into a 10' x 90' sewer easement to be dedicated on the easternmost side of our property. |

| We would like to develop the site for single-family purposes by moving the unrecorded sewer line from the middle of the site to one side. Recently, an application to the JRC was made for this site and the City of Houston approved a 10' easement for the sewer line to be relocated. We are proposing to relocate the same sewer line into the same size easement. |
