The site plan shows that no other owner's, specifically Lots 23-26, Block 8 which are owned by Unlimited Precision Concepts, LLC, will not be affected as they are no longer abutting the requested abandonment of Highrock and as currently proposed by the abandonment, they will have access to their land by way Castlebay Drive and Lumberdale Road. Also, a cul-de-sac is proposed to provide a turn around for those lots on Highrock Street, they will not be landlocked. |

Also, I will be uploading the requested document with Reytec Construction's letterhead that serves as notice is their plan to relocate the 8" waterline. |
