| | The entire area is used and developed for office warehouse distribution and commercial purposes and owned by the Applicant. The streets running east of Callie Street, being McGowen and Dennis Avenues, in this area have been abandoned or not in use by the public for decades. Also, McGowen and Dennis Avenues are considered dead-end streets as they do not connect to the other streets (the platted streets do not connect and are blocked by existing warehouses or structures).

| | No Site Plan at this time, but the Applicant plans to start construction as soon as this street abandonment process is completed. Also, Applicant has already submitted and obtain plat approval from the City of Houston Planning Commission subject to the completion of the street abandonment. The Plat is named: Wholesale Electric Warehouse Replat No 1. |
