| Install a 16" PVC water line in 24" PVC casing located 10' below the concrete lined canal. Install a 6" PVC forcemain in 12" PVC casing located 10' below the concrete lined canal. Facilities will serve the New Forest Town Center, a proposed 127-acre commercial development located in HCMUD No. 285. |

| | The property will not be redeveloped as the proposed water line and forcemain will be bored across the City's property at a depth 10' below the bottom of the existing concrete lined channel. A copy of the letter of no objection from Coastal Water Authority (CWA) with the layout and profile is included. |

| Boring of the encased water line and forcemain will begin 2-4 weeks after the easements are purchased. Ultimate build out of the New Forest Town Center site will most likely take several years. |

| | The property does not need to be vacated as purchase of the easements and construction of the lines will not alter the City's current use of the property. |
