|

| The submission is not for redevelopment. It is currently for the right of entry for multiple & various surveys studies. A future easement will be required and attained for the proposed 20" pipeline; which will be a HDD (drill/bore) at depths greater than 30'. The drill will not disturb the surface area. The timeline for construction is within 9 to 18 months. |
