| | The existing "L" shaped Drennan St ROW north and east of the future Marron Park Way (prior UPR track currently owned by COH) and currently being planned for construction starting in latter part of 2024. The ROW ranges from 40'+ wide to 60' wide. The north / south segment is approximately 160' long, and the east / west segment approximately 600' in length. The total estimated area of the ROW is approximately 39,000 sf. This ROW will be exchanged with adjacent property owners to provide the required ROW to construct the planned Marron Park Way, create improved access to the expanded Tony Marron Park to start construction in 2024 and improve access to other properties. |

| | This ROW will be exchanged with adjacent property owners for multiple reasons: A portion of the ROW will be dedicated to the expansion of Tony Marron Park. Another required to construct the planned Marron Park Way, where increased width is needed from land owned by and provided by Bingle Blankenship as part of this exchange. To create a new Park Drive and bike route to access the expansion of Tony Marron Park will be provided by Bingle Blankeship. Apex Drennan will exchange its ROW frontage for access from the new Marron Park Way and Buffalo Bayou Partnership and Bingle Blankenship will use the exchange to access new housing to be developed. |

| | The parcels being exchanged to become COH property are: - Approximately 69' x 177' for 12,213 sf for a new drive and bike path from Marron Park Way to Tony Marron Park. - Approximately 40' x 200' for 10,000 sf for a new drive to access BBP's Phase 1 housing and 2 townhouse developments. - A 2,700 sf triangular shaped property that will be dedicated to COH Parks - Approximate 2,400 sf of irregular shaped property that will be incorporated into the new Marron Park Way for width requirements.
