Note: This easement area overlays the existing Centerpoint Easement and Right of Way. Magellan has received preliminary approval from Centerpoint for this location (see Page 2 of Item I-1). |

| Magellan and V-Tex are seeking to acquire an easement approximately 50' wide covering 14,596 sf as shown (shown in yellow located within the subject property ) in Exhibit B. This easement is to be occupied by a subsurface pipeline. Construction will use directional drilling under the entire property with no open surface cuts. The proposed pipeline will be constructed with a minimum depth of thirty feet (30') across the proposed easement area. |

| | Magellan Pipeline Company, L.P. has an existing ordinance with the City of Houston to operate various pipelines. For this project, Magellan Pipeline Company, L.P. in conjunction with V-Tex Logistics, LLC has applied for a new ordinance to operate this proposed pipeline within the City of Houston. |
