A clear 8.5 x 11-inch drawing or map of the requested property interest highlighted in different colors or cross-hatched in different patterns, with a legend indicating property owned by other abutting property owners (if applicable) and the property requested to be sold.
One recently dated aerial photograph of the subject area.
Three different, full size, recent, clear photographs of the subject area taken from different directions or point of view marked or otherwise indicating the requested property in relation to reference points such as streets, the applicant's property, etc.
The subdivision plat,deed, or legal instrument that dedicated or conveyed the City's or public's ownership of the requested property interest, in a clearly readable form with the recording information. The subdivision plat must be large as necessary to accommodate the map and dedicatory language on one page.
Harris County Appraisal District printouts showing the applicant's property ownership, the City's ownership, any other abutting property owner's ownership if applicable.
Surveys or City drawings of the subject area if available.
Current title report of the parent tract.
Site plan of current and proposed project ( if available).

8/11/2021 7:48:04 AM Revisions are needed for your 8.5 X 11 drawing. The drawing must be either highlighted with different colors or cross-hatched to include a legend noting property owned by the abutters. Revision is needed to the aerial photo. Highlight the ROW being requested for non-acceptance on your aerial photo. A title report or deed is also needed to the parent tract. Additional abutters also need to be added to your list as the abutters needed are to the ROW, not simply the abutters surrounding Lot 9 (214 Frisco). Please add the additional abutters to the ROW (meaning Lots 12, 16, and 15) to your list and remove Lot 9 (225 Lindale) as an abutter, then resubmit the application. Rejected Real Estate Intake Agent
8/21/2021 10:50:02 AM I have not changed the additional abutters list. I do not understand why the reviewer wants me to include LOT 12, 16, and 15. These lots don't appear to be an abutter to this ROW or my property. Can you have the reviewer provide additional information about this comment? Submitted Philip Bullock Applicant
8/23/2021 9:25:56 AM Non-accepting the portion of ROW that crosses your lot only would render the remaining portions of the same ROW useless. As such, the application for non-acceptance must include the entire ROW as originally platted. As an adjustment to the prior correction request, please expand your list of abutters to include all lots on and abutting the entire platted ROW. Please also include HCAD printouts for all lots on and abutting the entire platted ROW as well. Rejected Real Estate Intake Agent
