2/21/2022 1:26:11 PM As noted in our application, this 'alley' has been blocked from any access for decades and has been built over at both ends of the block (See attached picture for example of our neighbors garage blocking any potential access). There is not a single yard on either side for the entire block which recognizes it's existence (and it has been this way since the 1920's). We are in the process of renovating our home and by purchasing this small area of land we would be able to set our garage back 6 feet which helps us protect an old tree from exposure to root damage during construction. Our neighbor behind us has no objections to this plan. Our entire house plans were created with a view of retaining this tree so we want to ensure it's survival for years to come. Please let me know if I can supply any other information that will be helpful to this assessment. Submitted Jenna McGowan Applicant

8/4/2022 8:25:04 PM I have updated images 1 & 3 per the notes above. Thanks Jenna Submitted Jenna McGowan Applicant
8/11/2022 12:50:53 PM Per Debbie: the documents are labeled extremely clear and are well done. I verified that there are no public utilities in the alley, so the alley can be approved by the JRC Members as a Non-Acceptance. This would mean the whole alley would be included, but there is no sales price for the alley. We do NOT need approval of your application from any of your neighbors on the block in this case, just a list of all of them with their name and address. This is a much simpler, faster, and less costly way to get rid of the alley. However, please redo the application only as a non-acceptance and submit that with the the attachments (no changes needed on those-great as is). Rejected Real Estate Intake Agent
