8/15/2019 2:05:23 PM Dixie Cullen Interests, Inc. is requesting the following: -Non-Acceptance of a five feet by 392 feet strip dedicated for the widening of Turning Basin Drive -Abandonment of a Sanitary Sewer Easement twenty (20) feet in width traversing subject property in a north and south direction -Abandonment of a Utility Easement ten (10) feet in width with a 15 foot aerial easement adjoining thereto traversing subject property in a north and south direction on behalf of the Port of Houston Authority of Harris County Texas. 8/22/2019 10:39:27 AM It appears that the survey shows the sanitary sewer line extends past the subdivision for Mississippi Park into Turning Basin Industrial District. The only plat that was provided was the Mississippi Park plat. The Turning Basin Industrial District plat will need to be provided if the wish is to have the whole sanitary sewer easement abandoned and does extend past the present request. However, what type of sanitary sewer service will need to be provided for the building that is presently on the property? Additionally, with the request of the non-acceptance of the 5 foot dedication for the widing of Turning Basin, what are the needs for Turning Basin Drive? Does it need to be requested for non-acceptance as well? What are the needs that are trying to be accomplished? Thank you, Donna Brackett Real Estate Analyst Rejected Real Estate Intake Agent

9/26/2019 11:46:20 AM Per our conversation please correct the aerial exhibit and the survey exhibit to only include the easements that are located within the Houston Port Authorities property. Additionally, note all the easements that are being considered to be abandoned. If the sanitary sewer line only serves the occupant now for building iIt may be a consideration to make the line private so that the easements can be abandoned as needed for the new construction the Utilities Analysis Section will be more in a position to advise on that issue. Please make sure to note the easements on the photo exhibits and provide a summary of the process for the new building construction and a time line if possible. Thank you, Rejected Real Estate Intake Agent
